This week in the class, we learn about slacktivism and the Altruism . This both topics are something

 new for me to learn in this social media class. I also learn that slacktivism is actions performed via the

 Internet in support of a political or social cause but regarded as requiring little time or involvement, e.g., signing

 an online petition or joining a campaign group on a social media website. A lots of times i wonder why some

 people like to post about confidential things in the Facebook. Sometimes they would ask for money or likes to

 help with their health conditions or if some of their their family members is lost or missing.Sometime we might

 think that those are ridiculous  but when we think through their perspective we would what are

 the circumstances that they are going through. Sometimes helping people who are doing for example the

 campaigns or kick starter will help them. We can pay some amount of money by doing our part to them rather

 than being selfish. The another topic that i learn is about altruism,the belief in or practice of disinterested and

 selfless concern for the well-being of others. Now a days , some people would think only for their own well- 

being but not for others. But some like to donate money for some of this needy people who post things in social

 media about their circumstances whether went they have sickness or something happens to their family

 members. Our small kind of help is by donating few dollars, it is not necessary for us to donate so much of

 money but few dollars would make them happy as a part of  charity for others. Selfishness controlling many

 people today because just forgot what they hear or see today because they are always thinking about their self

 but not others. By using social media we come across many things, but by helping others and not being selfish

 would bless our life and the life of others. When we help strangers or friends we always gain benefit for in our.

 It is one of the fundamental that makes us to feel the oneness of people when they are suffering because we

can feel them. We have the same sense as them. In other words, there is no need to make excuses for 

altruism. Instead, we should celebrate it as a transcendence of seeming separateness. Rather than

 being unnatural, altruism is an expression of our most fundamental that of contentedness. I think this

 simple act was motivated by empathy. I empathized with the spider as another living being, who was

 entitled to stay alive just as I was. And I believe that empathy is the root of all pure altruism
